Nazareth School hits the front page. The results of a recent national report on education were great news for Nazareth and other Catholic schools. The report showed Catholic school students beat the average scores of public and charter school students in all 50 states. Great job, Nazareth School teachers! Youth Virtues, Valor, and Vision Award for the National Catholic Education Association

Nazareth School alumni Margarita Alfaro, who currently attends Mater Dei Catholic High School, was one of the eight “distinguished nominees” from four local Catholic high schools for the Youth Virtues, Valor, and Vision Award from the National Catholic Education Association. Santiago Martinez earned a Merit Scholarship from Mater Dei Catholic High School and will receive 50 percent free tuition for four years! Congratulations!

All hands on deck: Staff across the diocese's schools scrambled once more to keep their classes going amid a surge in COVID-19 cases. At Nazareth School, fourth-grade students worked on a STEM project in early January.
